You can access the Trio shopping center parking garage by driving to Vapaudenkatu 17, 15140 Lahti. The parking operator is Finnpark/Moovy.
Trioparkki is a bright and warm parking garage located in the city center, close to excellent services. The garage uses barrier-free paid parking, where you can pay using a payment card at payment machines near the entrances, via the Moovy app, online within 48 hours after exit at moovy.fi/maksa, or via the EasyPark app. You do not need a parking ticket—just remember your license plate number.
There are 330 customer parking spaces at Trio. Thanks to its central location, the shopping center is easy to reach by car, on foot, or by public transport. There are designated parking spaces for families and people with disabilities.
The maximum height in the parking garage is 2.1 m.

On public holidays and eves, the garage follows the shopping center’s opening hours.
If your car is left in the garage after closing, opening the door costs €80 + VAT on weekdays and €120 + VAT on weekends and holidays, when a security company is called to open it. The service is handled by Securitas (phone: 020 491 3029). For parking-related issues, Finnpark customer service is available at 03 387 800.
Parking starts automatically when you enter based on your vehicle’s license plate and ends automatically when you exit. The parking fee is charged automatically to the payment card saved in the app. In case of problems, contact Moovy.
After parking, open the EasyPark app and start the parking session anytime before leaving. Enter area code 2039. Parking ends automatically when you exit, and the fee is charged to the card registered in the app. In case of problems, contact EasyPark.
Charging stations in Trio are located in section B of the parking garage. You can access the area from all entrances, but the easiest route is via Vapaudenkatu 17A and turning left immediately after entering.

Family parking spaces are located close to the doors of Trio. There are six wider-than-normal spaces near the elevators for easy loading and unloading. The extra space allows car doors to open fully, making it easier to manage with children and strollers.
There are eight accessible parking spaces located near elevators and entrances in the garage. The spaces are marked with the international ISA wheelchair symbol and are reserved for vehicles displaying a valid accessible parking permit. Please note that the permit does not grant free parking.
Next to Trio is the P-Hansa parking facility, accessible via Kauppakatu. Payment can be made via the Moovy app, ParkMan app, or most debit and credit cards. The facility is barrier-free, ticketless, and open 24/7.
