Everyone at Trio wants to make your visit as easy and as pleasant as possible. To this end, we offer a wide range of services that you can read about below!

Toilet facilities

The toilet facilities for customers are located on the third floor. You can find them marked on the floorplan on our virtual map. Trio has several disabled toilets, which can be found in the vicinity of our other customer toilets. For reasons of tidiness the disabled toilets are kept locked – keys are available from the shops specified on the toilet door.

Families with small children are offered childcare facilities in several locations at Trio. 

Babycare facilities:

• Babycare facilities are provided in the disabled toilets. They are available on the second floor of Veskuaukio and on the first floor of Päijänneaukio, close to the other toilets, for example. For reasons of tidiness the disabled toilets are kept locked – keys are available from the shops specified on the toilet door.
• Babycare facilities can also be found by the play area next to Espresso House. The facilities include a changing table, microwave oven and an armchair for nursing. The key to the facility can be requested from Espresso House.
• The childcare room in the Service Centre on the second floor of Veskuaukio also has babycare facilities. The room is open during the Service Centre's opening hours. It has facilities for nursing, heating food and resting.

Our play area – all our small visitors' favourite place – can be found on the second floor of the shopping centre. The play area is open on weekdays 9 am–7 pm, on Saturdays 9 am–5.45 pm and on Sundays 12 noon–5.45 pm. The shopping centre also houses a smaller play area. Have fun!

Pets are welcome in Trio's general spaces with their owners. Please note that animals must never be left alone, and all the shops decide independently whether they allow pets in or not.

Any property left in the shopping centre's general areas or shops are delivered to the information point (Lippu.fi, 1st floor) daily, where you can enquire after them either by visiting the service point or by calling +358 (0)400 150 586. Lost and found property will be delivered to the police after a set period. You can make enquiries by calling the police service number on +358 (0)295 414 131 on weekdays 9 am–11 am.

Most of the entrances to the shopping centre are wheelchair accessible. The shopping centre's lifts and wide aisles guarantee accessibility to all areas.

Lost and found property

Trio's lost and found property service is located at the shopping centre's information point in the Lippu.fi store. Lost and found property is delivered to Lippu.fi staff, whom you can contact as soon as you notice your property is missing. Contact information and opening hours are available on the Lippu.fi website. Lost and found property is delivered to the police's lost property service every Monday. Product promotion spaces and advertising solutions at the shopping centre
